Her black dress was low cut and sparkled as she walked and posed for photos.

Her husband, Joe Giudice, 47, is at risk of getting deported. Her husband has lived in the states since he was a child but never obtained citizenship.
‘If Joe gets deported, he’ll never be able to go to their graduation, celebrate their birthdays – anything,’ she said of the possibility of him getting sent back to Italy to Us Weekly.
Teresa and Joe pleaded guilty to 41 counts of fraud in 2014 and each have served time in federal prison as a result.

They were allowed to serve their sentences consecutively so as to allow one parent to remain with the four girls.
Since Italian-born Joe had never obtained US citizenship, a judge ruled in October 2018 that he should be deported upon his release from prison in March.
He lost an appeal against the order in April but has been granted permission to remain in the US as he continues to fight to stay in the country while held at an immigration detention center in Pennsylvania.
Teresa has previously revealed that if her husband is sent back to Italy, she will not go with him.
‘I hope that’s not a decision I have to make, but to pick up my children and just move to another country, I don’t think that would be good for my children,’ she told Andy Cohen on the RHONJ season 9 reunion. ‘So, I mean, so, no, I probably wouldn’t.’
