The Bachelor’s Nick Cummins is caught inspecting a $775,000 waterside mansion on the Gold Coast

Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins failed to find love on The Bachelor last year, but it appears the rugby star may have had much more luck in real estate.

As reported by The Sunday Telegraph on Sunday, Nick, 31, was recently spotted inspecting a three-bedroom $775,000 home on Queensland’s Gold Coast.

The sighting has sparked rumours that Nick has in fact purchased the Broadbeach mansion, as it has been sold through real estate agents McGrath Surfers Paradise.

The ‘renovator’s delight’ house, which boasts an 18m water frontage, is close to his dad Mark’s residence.

The 551sqm two-storey Broadbeach property, described on the estate agent’s site as ‘one for all you Blockheads out there’, boasts a light-filled atrium and room for a swimming pool.

According to selling agents McGrath, the premises are ‘located just off main river, deal for boating or jet skiing’.

Interestingly, the home traded for $5000 less than in 2017.

The sighting of Nick inspecting the property has sparked rumours that the reality TV star purchased the home, and may indeed be looking to settle down.

Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Nick for comment.

Nick shocked viewers during the Bachelor finale last year when he failed to pick either one of his two finalists, Brittany Hockley and Sophie Tieman.

Instead, he left the show a single man, and went into hiding before the finale aired.

Since then he has tried to maintain a relatively low profile, with fans hoping he is looking to settle down.
