A McDonald’s employee used to be filmed allegedly choking and then punching a buyer in the head after he complained about receiving frigid fries.

The male, who has no longer been named, perceived to be restrained by a supervisor after the incident at a franchise shut to Canal Avenue, in Original Orleans.
