AFLW star Moana Hope and her model fiancée Isabella Carlstrom tied the knot on Saturday.
The couple exchanged vows in front of 100 family and friends, at a friend’s mansion in Toorak, Melbourne.
Moana, 31, sported a crisp white dress shirt and a tailored tuxedo by designer Effie Kats, while Isabella, 30, looked beautiful in a white ruffled Toni Maticevski gown.

Isabella’s brunette locks were styled back off her face, and her makeup palette included bold brows, lashings of mascara and a nude lip.
Gold drop earrings and a statement cuff worked as glamorous accessories.
For the reception, Moana opted for a pink suit while Isabella wore a white sequined Effie Kats frock and Nike sneakers.

As detailed in the Herald Sun, the couple held the reception underneath a marquee in the backyard, and guests dined on a vegan menu.
Moana told the publication that the nuptials were ‘everything we ever wanted’.
‘We just want it to be very personal and really nice. It’s like a big beautiful party,’ she added.
Just hours before the ceremony and reception, Moana shared a throwback video to Instagram Stories of herself boating with Isabella.
Moana shared a sweet sentiment in the caption, which read: ‘A lifetime of these adventures. I’m down.’
While she is nothing short of excited for her big day, Moana suggested that the nuptials will be bittersweet, as she also paid tribute to her late father.

And the feeling proved to be mutual, as Isabella replied: ‘I’ve never been so excited for anything in my life. I love you!!’

Isabella proposed to Moana at her father’s graveside in October last year.
Sharing the moment with her Instagram followers, Moana explained: ‘I told (Isabella) that if she ever wanted to marry me she had to ask my dad.
‘So she asked me to marry her at my dad’s tombstone, so he was there when she asked me. It could never, ever get anymore perfect than this… I said yes.’

During an appearance on the The Morning Show, Moana was asked how the pair’s wedding plans were coming along.
‘Bella is organising our wedding, which we’re excited for,’ Moana replied, before revealing: ‘And also, our baby at the end of the year!’
