And Alex Jones juggled being a mum of two as she headed on a family day out at Kew Gardens in London on Saturday.
Taking to Instagram, the television personality, 42, shared a snap of her son Teddy, two, throwing a tantrum on the grass.

She captioned the snap: ‘I hate really great days out because I’m a toddler!!!!!!’
Alex later shared a black and white photo of her whole family gathered around a picnic table for lunch- with Teddy seeming to have recovered from his defiant outburst.
The One Show host’s husband Charlie held Kit in his arms, while her parents and sister beamed for the camera.

Last month, Alex took to Instagram to announce that she had given birth to Kit a week earlier.
Sharing an adorable black and white snap of the newborn’s hand, Alex added the gushing caption: ‘And then there were 4!!! Little kit Thomson arrived safely and very speedily last Monday at 2.21am weighing a healthy 7lbs 3.’
Alex joyfully continued: ‘Teddy, Charlie and I are absolutely besotted by baby brother and are enjoying this special time as we get used to being a foursome and generally breathing in that lovely newborn smell!!!
‘A huge thank you to the midwives at the birth centre, Queen Charlotte Hospital for everything you did for us,’ she concluded the loving post.
During an recent interview on podcast Guide Dogs: By My Side, Alex, who also shares two-year-old son Teddy with her insurance broker partner, shared the differences in family support between her first and second pregnancy.
Alex shared: ‘Mum was amazing at the beginning with Teddy. She was there for the first three weeks and thank goodness for her because I don’t know how we would’ve done it, actually.’
Ahead of the birth, Alex admitted she was ‘terrified’ about becoming a mum of two.
She said: ‘Everybody has nerves about being a mum and being a parent.
‘Pregnancy for any woman is a period of excitement, also slightly terrifying as you don’t know what to expect. Even with your second it’s like: “how am I going to do two?”
