Lisa Armstrong’s dad Derek has died after a battle with cancer, according to reports.
Ant McPartlin’s ex-wife, who split from the presenter last year, was said to have kept her late 71-year-old dad’s illness a secret for a year.
Strictly’s make-up artist was reportedly at Derek’s bedside at her family home, in Oxford with her mum Linda, according to The Sun.

Derek was said to have been given the cancer diagnosis a year ago and his health has deteriorated in recent months.
In recent weeks, Lisa’s dad was discharged from hospital to die at home peacefully, the newspaper reported.

The former flames first met in Newcastle in 1994 before they went onto exchange vows at a stunning country house in Buckinghamshire, in 2006.
Since the split, Ant has mended his heartache as he has embarked on a relationship with mother-of-two Anne-Marie Corbett, 42.
