‘Was it because my body just can’t do it? Maybe I’m not meant to do this?,’ Claire said she asked herself after miscarrying.

‘Maybe I’m broken? I felt such guilt and my husband was so incredibly beautiful throughout this process I wouldn’t ever have survived it without him,’ Claire said.

‘And I felt like I did this to him, that I had taken away his baby. And that was such an awful feeling I never expected to feel.’

The blonde said that she fell pregnant with James five months after the miscarriage, having miscarried at 12 weeks.

‘It was the hardest thing I had ever dealt with in my life,’ Claire said.

Claire said that shortly before miscarrying, one doctor shockingly told her and Andrew: ‘He said it’s [the baby] really small, it could go either way, don’t put it on Facebook. It crushed me. We had no reason to believe anything was wrong at that point.’

She said she then found out she miscarried on Andrew’s birthday.
