A record-breaking 28 girls are vying for the affection of new Bachelor Matt Agnew.
And as the hopefuls were unleashed on the mansion in Wednesday night’s first episode of The Bachelor, the girls saw red when he whisked blonde beauty Chelsie off for a private chat.
They branded her their biggest ‘threat’, as she got up close and personal with Matt, with the astrophysicist unbuttoning his shirt during their intimate moment together.

Emma had been hoping to steal a moment with Matt for herself, along with the all important golden ticket that will send one girl straight through to the home visit.
As Matt approached Chelsie, Emma said their little rendezvous away from the others was ‘really tough to watch’ and that she’s scared about her own chances with Matt being scuppered, as Chelsie will be her ‘biggest competition’.
As Matt teasingly unbuttoned his shirt to show off a fake tattoo Chelsie had given him, Nichole vented: ‘Oh, that’s a bit secretive.’

Stealing his heart already? Chelsie presented Matt with a temporary tattoo of a chemical structure on their first meeting and explained: ‘It’s a chemical structure of oxytocin…’
Just as unimpressed, Georgie commented: ‘She touched his chest. There is not a competition where that’s involved.’
Mary chipped in: ‘Chelsie is good-looking. Chelsie is a bombshell. Chelsie is smart. Chelsie… Yeah, Chelsie’s a threat.’
When Chelsie returned to the girls, they grilled her on her time with Matt and jibed: ‘Did you touch his chest again?’

Gushing over Elly, he said: ‘Every time I see Elly’s gorgeous face, it just makes me smile. She’s got such a wonderful energy.
