Country music couple Brooke McClymont and Adam Eckersley sell Central Coast property

Singing sensation Brooke McClymont, 38, and her musician husband Adam Eckersley, 37, have sold their Central Coast property for $560,000.

According to realestate.com.au, the country music couple, who purchased the quaint four-bedroom home in Mannering Park for $227,000 back in 2009, made a tidy profit of $333,000 (subject to fees) with the sale.  

The pair are set to build their dream home on 40 hectares of land outside Tuncurry, near Forster on the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales.

Earlier this month, Brooke revealed the couple, who share a seven year-old daughter, Tiggy, are ‘excited’ for their new tree change.  

‘We have sold our house and are packing everything we can into our Toyota RAV4 as we have bought our very own farm!’ she captioned an Instagram post in early June.

She continued: ‘We are so excited for this next chapter in our lives! The seat warmers are on…watch out farm life, here we come!’ 

The publication revealed the pair snapped up the 40ha farm in Wang Wauk for $465,000.

The four-bedroom home, which was initially put on the market for $629,000 earlier this year, is said to have been ‘extended and renovated’, according to The Daily Telegraph in February. 

Listed and sold by Stone Real Estate Toukley agent Ron Coleman, the light-filled abode boasts an entertainers kitchen which flows effortlessly onto both living areas and even has a recording studio.

With the main bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom and walk-in robe, the property is accented with high ceilings and polished timber floors.

The home even includes a bespoke recording studio which could also lend itself to an additional bedroom or office.

Meanwhile, a sun-drenched outdoor space runs beside rear lane access with a huge high clearance barn-style garage.

Brooke is best known for performing with sisters Mollie and Samantha in family group, The McClymonts, who became known as Australia’s answer to The Dixie Chicks.  

The Grafton-born siblings have come a long way since releasing their debut album Chaos And Bright Lights, touring the world and playing for audiences in the US, including Australian troops in Iraq.

In 2010, the sisters won their first ARIA for Best Country Album for their sophomore album Wrapped Up Good, catapulting them into mainstream recognition. 

Samantha, 32 is married to pilot Ben Poxon in 2014 and together have a son, Wilder, while youngest sister, Mollie, 31, married Aaron Blackburn and also has a son called Ned.

Brooke and Adam married in 2013 and welcomed Tiggy in the same year.

The couple released their debut self-titled album together, Adam and Brooke, earlier this year.
