Jett, who is based on the Sunshine Coast, had been hoping to make their long-distance relationship work – but it’s believed Lily had other ideas.
Heartbroken Jett had been partnered with 20-year-old Lily on the latest season of Dancing with the Stars, which concluded last month.
During their stint on the show, they found themselves at the centre of romance rumours, with reports claiming Jett had fallen ‘head over heels’.
The pair were eliminated just before the finale, and Jett said at the time he hoped to ‘stay connected’ with Lily following the show.
