They patched up their famous feud and have become good friends.
And now it’s claimed Taylor Swift and Katy Perry are so close that the Roar hitmaker has invited the Bad Blood superstar to her upcoming wedding to actor Orlando Bloom.
A source quoted by British newspaper The Sun Sunday explained: ‘Katy and Taylor haven’t just made up, they are now very close friends. Katy genuinely hopes Taylor and her boyfriend Joe Alwyn make the wedding. It’s a clear sign of just how much they have moved on.’

The two singers made it clear their feud was over for good when Perry appeared in Swift’s You Need To Calm Down music video.
And Swift spoke about their reconciliation as she covered Vogue‘s September issue.
Swift, 29, told Vogue that Perry, 34, sent a note asking if they could hang out and make sure things were ‘real’ before she agreed to appear in the video.
After Katy reached out to Taylor with a literal olive branch last year, Swift asked the pop star if she wanted to appear in the empowering music video for You Need To Calm Down.
Perry wrote back in an ’emotional’ note, asking Swift if the pair could spend some one-on-one time together.
According to Taylor, Perry’s message said: ‘This makes me so emotional. I’m so up for this. I want us to be that example. But let’s spend some time together. Because I want it to be real.’
‘She came over and we talked for hours,’ the Style singer said.
Growing past it: Taylor Swift opened up about burying the hatchet with former rival Katy Perry during her cover story for September’s Vogue
Real deal: When Taylor asked Katy if she wanted to make amends in the video for her track You Need Yo Calm Down, Perry made sure their friendship was authentic before taking it public
During their conversation, they realized how the media had pitted the female superstars against each other for sport.
‘We decided the metaphor for what happens in the media is they pick two people and it’s like they’re pouring gasoline all over the floor,’ Taylor told the magazine.
‘All that needs to happen is one false move, one false word, one misunderstanding, and a match is lit and dropped. That’s what happened with us.
‘It was: Who’s better? Katy or Taylor?…The tension is so high that it becomes impossible for you to not think that the other person has something against you.’
While there are many theories about how the rivalry began, many say the drama began when Perry allegedly wooed three of Taylor’s backup dancers away from her Red tour in 2012.
From there, Taylor went on to write the 2014 track Bad Blood, which she told Rolling Stone was about another female pop star.
‘It had to do with business,’ Swift dished. ‘She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me.’
Later Katy appeared to call Taylor out on her 2017 single Swish, Swish, which features lyrics like ‘You’re about as cute as an old coupon expired’ and ‘Your game is tired; you should retire.’
But all of the Bad Blood is behind them now.
