‘I had to separate them!’ Kerri-Anne Kennerley reveals she had to break up a FIGHT between two ‘undignified’ (and very famous) men at the Logies
Television legend Kerri-Anne Kennerley once had to step in when two famous men started throwing punches at the Logie Awards.
Speaking on Studio 10 on Friday, the 65-year-old recalled one particular year when she was forced to intervene after two well-known presenters got into a fight.
Kerri-Anne branded the spat ‘undignified’ and explained how she had given both men a dressing down after finding herself in the middle of their ‘almighty row’.
The fight involved two household names: Millionaire Hot Seat host and former Nine CEO Eddie McGuire and The Project panellist Steve Price.
Kerri-Anne, who has attended every Logies ceremony since 1981 with the exception of two, said she witness the incident when she ‘got up to go to the bathroom’.
‘I [found], just outside the doors, Eddie McGuire and Steve Price having an almighty row,’ she explained, leaving her Studio 10 co-hosts shocked.
