Brotherly love: Eden thanked his personal trainer brother Trent Dally (R) for ‘training him every day’ and helping to educate him on techniques after first joining a gym
Discussing his transformation in more detail, Eden explained: ‘I just found this before and after pic my brother took of me when I first started hitting the gym.
‘I remember when he took this pic how low I felt but also [how] motivated [I was] to change my whole appearance.
‘I wasn’t eating much and didn’t really know how to use the machines or how to really train.’
He then revealed how how his brother, personal trainer Trent Dally, helped him work out ‘every day’ while encouraging him to ‘eat like a horse and drink loads of water’.

Eden’s post certainly impressed his girlfriend, Married At First Sight star Cyrell Paule, who commented: ‘That’s commitment’.
The couple started dating in March, and have been inseparable ever since.
However, they have repeatedly faced claims their relationship is just a ‘showmance’ designed to drum up publicity for them both.
‘[People’s] opinions don’t satisfy me in the bedroom’: Speaking to Daily Mail Australia earlier this month, Cyrell hit back at claims their relationship is a ‘showmance’. Pictured on June 05
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia in June, Cyrell said: ‘[No one] knows what is happening with my life, so why on earth would their opinion matter to me?
‘I know the truth, I know what I’m doing with my life and last time I checked, their opinions don’t satisfy me in the bedroom. I don’t give a s**t.
‘People are always going to say things, but I don’t let it affect me.’
