During her time on the popular show, the reality star was famed for her feisty persona and brief romances with Marcel Somerville, Sam Gowland, the late Mike Thalassitis and former beau Chris, 26.

A fan of the current series, Olivia detailed her opinions of the line-up and drew comparisons between the Islanders and her time on the show.

On Joe, who was dumped from Love Island after 300 Ofcom complaints of 1200 made against the show were submitted regarding his ‘controlling’ behaviour, the former Grid Girl admitted: ‘I feel sorry for him.

‘He’s going to come out and see the [criticism]. At the end of the day, he’s not a bad person, he just got a bit clingy. It’s an edited show too, and I was a victim of harsh editing.

‘He’s a bit annoying, but not a psychopath. He’ll be fine, he’s a nice boy but I think he just went a little bit too deep with her.’

‘When I watched my series back, I thought, “how was that scene cut out”, but with reality TV, you have to accept it and make peace with it.

‘If you can’t accept it, then just don’t do it. You sign up for that, so they’re going to show the best parts. It’s not fair, but no one [forces] you to go on the show.’

Despite expressing pity towards the sandwich delivery man, 22, Olivia insisted his heartbroken partner Lucie, 21, should stay in the villa.

‘I wouldn’t leave if I was her, this opportunity only comes round once’, she said. ‘If she’s still miserable in five days time then there’s no point being there, but if she lets herself relax then she should definitely stay.’

The glamour model also shared her thoughts on ejectee Sherif Lanre, who insisted he was booted out of the villa due to a play-fight with Molly-Mae Hague, during which he ‘kicked her in the groin’.

‘Some people that I’ve spoken who work on the show have said that his side of the story is edited’, she claimed.

Olivia went on to admit: ‘But if his version is the truth, it sounds a bit harsh. We were getting away with a lot more during my series, but you got to move with the times.

‘I don’t have to live with her, so it’s not my problem!’ The blonde beauty admitted she doesn’t hold a strong opinion about fellow Grid Girl Maura Higgins

‘We haven’t received a statement from Love Island, and we haven’t heard anything from Molly-Mae, so it’s hard to get an opinion on it. Now, [producers] are much more careful with things like that. There’s no room to do anything like that anymore.’

The blonde beauty revealed her favourite contestants on the show are beauty technician Amber Rose Gill and firefighter Michael Griffiths, while admitting she doesn’t hold a strong opinion about fellow Grid Girl Maura Higgins.

She explained: ‘As the weeks have gone on, I like Amber, she’s grown on me. I like Michael and Molly-Mae too.

‘I knew about Maura before due to our similar background. I don’t have strong opinion on her, I don’t know if she’s a ‘girls’ girl’, but I don’t have to live with her, so it’s not my problem!’

Comparing the first time they dated to their current relationship, Olivia said: ‘It was a childish relationship, but now we’ve realised what we want.

‘We take the relationship more seriously than before. We’ve eased into living together, it feels quite normal now and he’s an easy person to live with.

When quizzed about marriage plans, she admitted: ‘You’d have to ask him about marriage. I’m not old-fashioned at all, but I am when it comes to marriage.’

Following her unsuccessful series Chris and Olivia: Crackin’ On, which saw the Love Island finalists break up within months of dating, the star has revealed she’s still open to displaying her romance on TV.

The stunner said: ‘If the right thing came to us, I wouldn’t be against it. Bradley is unfazed by the fame though. If we had anything interesting going on, like a wedding or a baby, then I would be open to it.

Proving she’s far removed from her ex-boyfriend Chris, Olivia admitted: ‘I feel nothing [towards him]. I’d say hi [if I saw him], or whatever.

‘If you do the maths, with 20 boys and 20 girls [on Love Island, what are the odds that they’ll find a match for life? It’s kind of a luck thing, and you have the added pressure [from the public] to stay together, but it’s more of a luck thing.’

In February, Olivia revealed she was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) ‘many years ago’.

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a group of behavioural symptoms that include inattentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsiveness.

Symptoms of the disorder tend to be noticed in childhood years, with most cases diagnosed between the ages of six and 12. People with ADHD may also have problems such as sleep and anxiety disorders.

On raising awareness on the disorder, she explained: ‘I knew I had ADHD 10 years ago. All my friends and family know I have it, so when I revealed it on Instagram, it was in response to a fan who asked me why I need to carry around a diary.

‘I’ve had an overwhelming response from mothers who have told me about their child feeling embarrassed about the disorder.

‘I plan to speak about it more, I’m shocked to see how many people felt less embarrassed after I revealed I have it. I want to try and break down stigma, as so many people live with it.’

Meanwhile, Olivia recently underwent breast reduction surgery at South Kensington’s Mallucci London by Patrick Mallucci, downsizing from an E/G cup to a D cup.

Revealing what kickstarted her decision, she shared: ‘I’ve been putting it off for a number of years now.

‘I had my first boob job when I was 20, which is way too young! They were too big, so gave me a back ache and they moved. I went for a smear, and my gynecologist actually recommended the surgeon.

‘They would say six weeks is full recovery, but I’d say I’m back to normal now. I had my implants replaced as well as a lift, so the recovery was intense, but I’m really happy with the results.’

Insisting her confidence levels haven’t changed following the procedure, the TV star added: ‘I’ve never let my boobs define me, that hasn’t changed. I didn’t stay up thinking about the surgery all night, I don’t have that sort of personality. So the boob job hasn’t really changed anything in that sense.

On having more work done, Olivia stated: ‘I wouldn’t rule it out. It was a long time since I had it the first time, and it’s a big deal. I’m not rushing to do anything any time soon.

‘I come from a modelling background, so I didn’t feel pressure to look a certain way from [fame].

‘My body has been my job, so it came as second nature to look after it. I feel like I had more pressure with my old life as I always had to look a certain way. I had to fit the mould before, but now, I can look like whoever I want.’

On her surgery, surgeon Patrick said: ‘When considering breast augmentation surgery, it is very important to take your time to select the right surgeon, making sure that the surgeons are members of recognised organisations.

‘Listen carefully to the advice of your surgeon, making the right choices at the beginning of your journey will be of positive impact for the future.’
