She’s due to celebrate her 52nd birthday in September.
But Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge looks remarkably younger than her years, and it’s largely due to a strict diet and exercise regimen.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Thursday, the glamorous mother-of-four opened up about her extremely healthy lifestyle.
EXCLUSIVE: Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge, 51, opened up to Daily Mail Australia about her strict diet and exercise regimen on Thursday
‘I work out pretty much every single day,’ the 51-year-old said.
‘Even when I’m filming [RHOC], I’ll try to arrange my schedule to get up at 6am and work out.’
She added: ‘I weight train four days a week and I do cardio three days a week.’
As far as diet goes, Tamra said that she sticks to clean eating and that ‘80%’ of her diet is vegetables these days.
‘I keep my diet pretty clean with lean protein and vegetables and I don’t really eat red meat… it’s a lifestyle for me.’

Despite her regimented eating, Tamra admitted that she still indulges in cheat meals every now and then.
‘If I want to have a piece of cake here and there, then I’ll have a piece of cake,’ she laughed.
The blonde beauty said that her husband Eddie Judge’s heart problems motivated her to focus on being healthy from within, and that on top of dieting, she’s also focusing on wellness.
‘Me and Eddie are taking a meditation course next month,’ she said. ‘We’re really into de-stressing and being healthy.’

In 2018, Eddie was diagnosed with AFib (atrial fibrillation), which is an irregular and often rapid heart rate that causes poor blood flow.
His health issues inspired the couple to start their own CBD (cannabidiol) company, Vena CBD.
CBD, which is derived from the cannabis plant, is thought to help reduce anxiety and inflammation.
Speaking about Vena CBD, Tamra said that she was blown away by how quickly the company has grown in such a short time.

‘We weren’t expecting to open up a fully staffed office so soon,’ she said. ‘We thought we could just handle it ourselves online but it’s growing so fast.
‘It’s a blessing,’ she continued. ‘It’s helping so many people and that’s the best part.’
The reality star said that she’s already preparing to expand the brand with a Vena Wellness offshoot, which will offer health and fitness products like protein powder.
Tamra’s budding CBD brand will be featured on the latest season of The Real Housewives of Orange County.

She also said that fans will see more of her and Eddie’s gym, CUT Fitness, and that the couple will train co-star Emily Simpson in some upcoming episodes.
‘She opens up to me about her weight gain [on the show],’ Tamra said.
‘She comes into CUT Fitness and we try to help her and we ended the season on a good note,’ she added.
