He ended his relationship with reality star Kourtney Kardashian over five years ago.
And American reality star, Scott Disick, insists the pair have put their problems in the past and are focused on raising their children as co-parents.
Speaking on Sydney’s Kyle And Jackie O show on Monday, Scott revealed he feels ‘good’ keeping a healthy relationship with Kourtney, 40.
Scott revealed while he kept his relationship with Kourtney civil for the ‘good of their family’, he was pleased it has had a positive impact on viewers also.
He said: ‘It’s just a matter of it being good for our family, and now the fact that it is on TV, it does show other people, it can happen.’
‘It’s touching to know that there is other people that are now enjoying their lives a bit more with their families,’ he said.
Scott revealed he and Kourtney had to work out their differences in order to maintain an on-going relationship.

‘You need to get out those differences. You have to get through them, because there’s a bigger picture,’ he told the KIIS 106.5 FM radio show.
The 36-year-old added that it was cool to hear stories from fans who previously struggled co-parenting and were now able to get through it.
Scott then said: ‘Nobody wants to lose time with their children, it sucks that people get divorced and then all of a sudden you only see your kids half the time.’

The reality star shares Mason, nine, Penelope, seven, and Reign, four, with his ex-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian.
He used to be known for his partying ways, which had a hand in breaking down some of his key relationships, including his romance with Kourtney.

And after turning his life around in the last few years, Scott – who is now romancing Sofia Richie, 21,- is said to be working hard to ‘make it up’ to those he’s close to.
Having previously only guest appeared on the Keeping Up With the Kardashians (and their spin-offs), Scott landed his own series, Flip It Like Disick, which premiered earlier this month.
Scott’s new series sees him and American singer-turned-interior-designer Willa Ford, 38, follow the lavish personal and professional world of ‘Lord’ Scott Disick, as he embarks on an endeavor of high-end home flipping.
