Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have come a long way.

The former couple released the second video in their two-part interview series on co-parenting for the 40-year-old beauty’s new lifestyle website Poosh on Monday.

Since first getting together in 2006, the reality stars had a sometimes tumultuous on-again-off-again relationship that ultimately ended in 2015.

Together they share three children, Mason, nine, Penelope, six and Reign, four.

Currently, the pair has worked through many issues and continue to do so in therapy. They’re putting their lessons to good use in a new video where they shared advice on co-parenting.

One big question that fans often have is how the couple still travels together, sometimes with significant others.

‘People think it’s wild that we travel together,’ Kourtney admitted in the video.

Since their split Scott and Kourtney have joined one another for jaunts to Aspen, Hawaii, Mexico and, most recently, Bali.

‘While we know it’s not for everyone, people constantly ask how we travel together as a family,’ the Poosh founder wrote on social media.

She included a photo from the beach in Bali with Scott and their youngest song, Reign.

Not every trip is a family affair but Kourtney revealed that Scott always invites her on vacations with the kids, which often include his girlfriend Sofia Richie.

‘Every time you take a trip with the kids and I don’t go, you invite me,’ she said.

Scott responded that he never wants his ex to miss out on time with the family.

As for what it takes to get to a state of co-parenting as healthy as this, Scott had a  few words of advice: ‘communication, mutual respect and … some kind of sympathy towards each other because you’re both going through a lot.’

He added several times in the interview that co-parenting ‘is a really hard thing.’

The 35-year-old also expressed his genuine gratitude for the life he has and the relationship he has managed to cultivate with ‘amazing mom’ Kourtney.

‘I am so thankful for what we have,’ he told his ex. ‘Everyday I wake up, I thank you and I thank god.’

It’s not all perfect though and, according to the mother of three, times were rough in the past.

‘I was afraid to tell you certain things because I thought I didn’t know how you were going to react,’ Kourtney explained.

Adding: ‘There was a period where it was hard.’

Many of their more troubled times were plot points on Keeping Up With Kardashians, giving fans a front row seat to their family turmoil.

Occasionally, things still are hard for Scott who finds some of Kourtney’s rules and quirks ‘annoying.’

‘I am sensitive,’ he said while explaining that sometimes he feels ‘put down’ by Kardashian.

Ultimately though, it seems like therapy is working for the pair because they didn’t veer into negativity or argument during the over 14 minute long video clip.

‘Scott and I are so thankful that we’ve been able to work together to raise the best family we possibly can,’ Kourtney wrote on Poosh. ‘While at times things aren’t perfect and we don’t have all the answers, we came to realize that we’re playing on the same team, and we’ll always have our friendship and love for one another.’
