Seth Meyers is the picture of a doting father as he takes his two young sons for a stroll in a New York City park
Seth Meyers is the proud father of two young boys.
And on Friday, before his duties as host of Late Night With Seth Meyers came calling, the 45-year-old comedian got in some daddy time and took Ashe, three, and Axel, one, to a park in New York City.
Meyers was first spotted holding his oldest son’s hand as he pushed his youngest who was secure in his stroller.

Dressed casually in denim blue jeans, a black t-shirt and sneakers, Meyers guided the family to a stretch of grass so they all could play together.
It was at that point that the Illinois native picked up little Axel, who looked cute in shorts and a tee, and cradled him in his arms.
As this was going on Ashe got to run around, all the while under the watchful eye of his father, dressed in blue shorts and a tank top.

After enjoying their fun in the sun, Meyers gathered the boys and the three casually left the park and headed home.
Not joining the family on this day was the Late Night host’s wife of over five-years, Alexi.
The story of her delivery of Axel in April 2018 was something out of a Hollywood film.
She gave birth to their second son in the lobby of their apartment building, and her husband shared all the details of the wild ride on his late night show.

The then family-of-three first spent some time at the park on birth-day and everything seemed fine.
‘We’re thinking today is the day. We’re going to work our way to the hospital. But again, nothing, 20 minutes apart everything’s fine,’ Meyers said.
But that all changed quickly when he got word that the baby was in fact coming, and much faster than either one of them anticipated.
They ended up having to make the decision of whether to give birth in the lobby or the elevator of the apartment building.
‘So my wife basically decided for us and she went and lied down in our lobby. And — and we just sort of like created like a semicircle around her and you know, we undressed her and the baby was just out.’
