In an Instagram post, the ageless beauty flaunted her impeccably toned legs in a Western-inspired double denim ensemble.

Sonia, who turns 54 next month, rocked her denim look with a button up shirt, traditional western belt, cowgirl boots and an Akubra hat.
In the photo, which was posted to The Today Show‘s Instagram page, Sonia poses with co-host David Campbell – who also appeared to have gotten the double denim memo.
Looking every inch the Southern belle, Sonia’s outfit and her age-defying figure left fans on social media saying yee-haw.
‘How fit is Sonia?’ wrote one, while another added: ‘Those legs Sonia, woo hoo!’
And, not only did The Voice host look the part as she channeled her inner Daisy Duke — she also proved she still has her dancing chops, too.
The blonde beauty kicked up her heels and got stuck into some serious line dancing with David, prompting one fan to exclaim: ‘Sonia’s still got the moves’.

And, she went on to say that she focuses on compound movements that involve working multiple joints and muscles, including legs and arms, at the same time.
‘If you keep your hands [or legs] narrow your shape will end up being narrow. If you do wide exercises you’ll end up with a wide shape,’ she said.

In the past Sonia has emphasized the importance of commuting to healthy eating, despite her crazy schedule.
“You have to know in advance what you’re going to have for dinner or take something that’s a healthy snack, so you’re not snacking” she told 9Coach last year.
She credits regular gyms sessions with a personal trainer – she can dead-lift 100 kgs! – and a positive attitude for keeping her youthful glow.
“It’s that devil-may-care attitude that makes everyone look younger,” she told New Idea in 2010.
