Tahlia also revealed she did ‘not have a birth plan’ and that saved her a lot of anxiety going into the birth.

As a result the brunette beauty declared: ‘I loved my birth experience’.

She added that she had no qualms about asking for an epidural to help numb the pain.

‘My journey has always been mine, it can’t be compared to anyone else’s because everyone is different,’ she went on to say.

‘Enjoy it, be thankful and be grateful for your own journey. I was so fascinated to see how my body adapted after birth, we spend nine months watching it grow but what happens afterwards?’
