Tziporah Malkah flaunted her newly slimmed down figure as she hit the beach in New South Wales on Monday.

The 45-year-old former supermodel, previously known as Kate Fischer, stepped out in a two-piece swimsuit, showing off her recent 50kg weight loss.

Tziporah’s midriff was on display in a black and white tropical flower print bikini top teamed with a black sarong that sat low on her hips.

Her long brown hair was worn loose in beach waves, and she donned a pair of dark sunglasses.

She also stepped out in a pair of black fishnet fingerless gloves, with silver bangles layered over the top. 

Tziporah also wore black thongs, and flaunted her belly piercing as she snapped selfies during her solo outing at the beach.

With a large water bottle tucked under one arm, Tziporah was seen wrangling a selfie stick as she posed for a series of smiling photos.

Her hair appeared to have been getting in the way, as the wind blew it over her face mid-photo.  

In an interview with New Idea magazine earlier this month, Tziporah revealed she had lost over 50 kilos in recent months.

‘I’m down 10 dress sizes – from 24 to 14. This is the lightest I’ve been since I was 35 – more than a decade!’ she told the publication. 

Tziporah said she feels ‘completely different’ since losing the weight, admitting she was in ‘a bad place’ with both her mental and physical health.  

‘It wasn’t a healthy lifestyle and it’s taken me a long time to break those long-standing habits. They were all tied in with the chronic depression I’ve suffered for years,’ she added.

Tziporah said she lost the weight by exercising for four hours every day and changing her diet.

She worked with a personal trainer, and listed walking and weight training as her go-to forms of exercise.

She also worked with a hypnotherapist to help change her self-confessed unhealthy relationship with junk food.
